When I first moved to Oregon, I met a lady by the name of Mrs. Blodgett. We became instant friends. During the course of one of our conversations, she mentioned that she was the administrator of her father's trust which included a property in a busy area of Los Angeles and that she was trying to find a buyer for. As we talked further, she mentioned her frustration with trying to sell a property from a long-distance away. I immediately thought of Shant Sherbetjian as I had met him at a business luncheon a few years earlier and was very impressed by his knowledge in selling residential units. I asked my new friend if Shant could call her and discuss her property. She agreed and he soon put her property on the market. The property sold within a month and actually for more than the asking price. Mrs. Blodgett was very happy with my recommendation.
